Family Law Mediation Session (Hourly, Half-Day, & Full-Day)

$175.00

Our virtual mediation sessions support families through a wide range of issues, including uncontested and contested divorce matters involving protective/restraining orders, allegations of domestic abuse, or substance abuse issues; parentage actions, post-decree modifications, timesharing and custody disputes, property and asset division, and even pet-ownership agreements. We also assist with resolving post-judgment modifications and divorce judgments or prior written agreements.

Following resolution, Michelle will draft and work with the parties to revise and sign an enforceable agreement that reflects all terms, and will ensure that any required forms are properly completed and ready for filing with the Court. Mediations are $175.00 per hour with a two-hour minimum.

All Mediations are required to have previously scheduled a free consultation.

Mediations are booked at a rate of $175.00 per hour, (minimum of 2 hours), $600.00 for 4 hours (half-day), or 1200.00 for 8 hours, (full-day).
